  • SELLER WANTS TO TEST THE MARKET FOR 30, 60, 90 DAYS 
    • AT THIS POINT YOUR REALTOR WILL MOST LIKELY SUGGEST TO LOWER THE LISTING PRICE. YOU CAN’T GET BACK THE 90 DAYS OF BUYERS YOU HAVE LOST. STAGING IS AN IMPORTANT INVESTMENT INTO YOUR HOME PRESENTATION AND MARKETABILITY.
